ABOUT LA CANADA:
Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, the City of La Canada is a unique and beautiful place to live, work and recreate. Incorporated since November 30, 1976, the City is a ?contract city.? It has a small full-time staff and contracts for many of the services provided to its citizens.
The City Council, through the resources of Commissions, Committees, and staff, strives to provide the very highest level of service to its residents, and is very responsive to citizen concerns.
All city staff is housed in City Hall and organized into three departments: Administration, Community Development (Planning and Building & Safety Divisions), and Public Works.
